Rebuilding Digital Infrastructure & Scaling Visibility

Uğur Home was a home goods brand with an existing product base but lacked a structured digital growth system.

The brand had low visibility, inconsistent content strategy, and weak conversion flow across both its website and marketplace presence. Traffic was limited, engagement was low, and there was no clear system connecting content, acquisition and sales.

Problems Identified

  • Inconsistent and non-strategic social media presence
